Polène accepts returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring it is securely packed in the shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Tracking

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier point and retain your drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed.
